Our company provides clients with the opportunity to preview and authorize any media content created before submitting payment. Our automated system offers the option to view watermarked photos before finalizing payment, with the watermark automatically removed once the balance is paid in full.

At Jersey Pixel, we highly regard our clients and team members. We understand that unforeseen situations can occur and aim to collaborate closely with you as a valued team member. To honor all involved parties, we request a minimum of 12 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling a confirmed shoot. It's important to mention that we do not charge any fees for cancellations or rescheduling.

In accordance with the US Copyright Law, Jersey Pixel LLC retains the copyright ownership of any image or media created by our team. Unless there is a written agreement, this copyright cannot be transferred to any other party. To obtain licensing permissions or any related queries, please contact us.

Jersey Pixel LLC created media retains usage rights exclusively for the party that contracted our services. The media can be employed solely for electronic or printed promotional material concerning the property for which it was created. The licensing agreement remains valid only throughout the property's listing period and may not be reused without explicit written consent.
